Keep Your Kids OUT Of Hot Water...Put Them On Ice!
For more than 40 years the Chautauqua County Youth Hockey Association (C.C.Y.H.A.) has been a Not-For Profit organization that provides area youth the opportunity to not only play, and learn about the game of ice hockey, but also teach the values of good sportsmanship, fair play, and respect to others. Most kids love hockey so much they continue playing this sport into Adulthood!
Over 250 players skate in The C.C.Y.H.A. program; with over 20 teams competing through the age brackets of the USA Hockey structure. C.C.Y.H.A. programs range from the most introductory levels, where kids learn to skate and pick up the basics of hockey; to the highest level where Lakers teams compete for N.Y. State Championships. The C.C.Y.H.A. also offers a Sled Hockey program for physically challenged players. There is a place for your child within the Jamestown Lakers Youth Hockey Program!
The C.C.Y.H.A. coaches, officials, parents, and administrators all recognize the importance of a safe, friendly, and FUN environment for our children to be a part of. All of our Coaches are certified to the proper USA Hockey level, and have submitted the New York State Amateur Hockey Association Background screening forms. Our Coaches are trained, certified, and safe. Our teams are competitive at their respective level.
All of our home games and practices are held at the Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena, in Jamestown, New York.
