Keep Your Kids OUT Of Hot Water...Put Them On Ice!
Chautauqua County Youth Hockey Association will have sign-ups for the U9 ADM program on Wednesday September 14th and 21st, 6:00-7:30pm, at the JSBIA. The season will run from October 3rd – February 24th with practices on Monday at 5:50 and Thursday at 5:45 at the JSBIA. All players registering must register with USA Hockey at www.usahockeyregistration.com and bring proof of this registration to sign-ups. Each player will be required to participate in a mandatory fundraiser of $10 which will be paid for at the time of registration. All registering players need to bring a copy of their proof of USA Hockey Registration, a copy of their birth certificate and a $100 dollar deposit.
